Arlington Green is a planned community of 54 upscale single-family homes, originally included in the historic Devon Farms properties, with covenants and restrictions that prohibit investment rentals. We are located a short distance from Edwin Warner Park, Percy Warner Park, and the Burch Reserve of Edwin Warner Park, a new park secured by Friends of Warner Parks. The road in front of Arlington Green is a path dating back at least to the Civil War. The area was a well-traveled stop on the route from Nashville to the Natchez Trace, which can be accessed about 4 miles from here. Also in that vicinity is the famous Loveless Cafe, which was opened over sixty years ago. The Loveless now includes an eclectic mix of shops. Right around the corner from Arlington Green is a newer Bellevue fixture, City Limits Bakery and Cafe. Arlington Green is a popular neighborhood both because of its location near natural areas and recreation and because of its accessibility to downtown Nashville.

The documents below outline the basic covenants, conditions, and restrictions for the neighborhood, as originally laid out when the neighborhood was called "Devon Hills" and amendments to that document. Please take a look and provide copies to your buyers. The summary should provide some of the key information in an easier-to-read document. Please note, there is an original "Arlington Green By-Laws and Covenants" document dated in August, 1987. This is no longer active and hasn't been since April of 1988. The document in force is the one found below (with amendments) pertaining to "Devon Hills."
